DO NOT PURCHASE. It will fail in a week and will be a nightmare to get fixed. They will not cover food loss. Purchase another company please save yourself the hassle. Customer service will hang up on you and be super unhelpful in the repair and trying to make it right for the faulty product. BUY ANOTHR COMPANY PRODUCT!!! I would give zero star if I could. The only positive reviews are ones they have to pay for and that is for a reason. They make a horrible product.

Worst frigerator ever. Had it for two weeks and it quit working. Called Frigidaire and they have rude not very helpful customer service. They did not care all my food in the frig was no good. Had to wait for service guy to come out took several days. All while not haveing a frig. My old frig was starting to have issues so I spent all my extra money on a new frig only to have it quit working after 2 weeks. Customer service did not help...didn't reimburse for spoiled food. You would think they would stand behind their product.

I have been working for 4 months to get this fridge repaired. I finally had to purchase another fridge (not a Frigidaire) to replace the non working unit. The warranty company ordered parts without diagnosing and after a week came out and installed the parts. Guess what, it did not work. Came out a second time after another week. Diagnosed it, ordered the new compressor and after another week installed it. Cooled a few days and did not work. Called again, a different warranty company got it JDS. They called and said they ordered the parts (without diagnosing it) I told them the defroster parts had already been replaced as well as the compressor with no success. They informed me that they have to do it according to policy and scheduled the appointment. Yes it has been another week. Called, and said their tech got sick and have rescheduled for another week. I requested that a manager call me to correct the situation in between some of these appointments and guess what? No call, imagine that. Being transparent, I did get tired of messing with them and took a month or so break from dealing with a WAY to rigid policy. Problems happen, I understand that but the way, it is handled makes all the difference.

The refrigerator is working great but the warranty I purchased for the original unit would not transfer to this one and when calling your customer service they said I would have to buy a new policy and they would refund me the original one. I would have no issue with that except they quoted me a price of $160+ instead of the $105 I paid. They said there was nothing they could do to get me that price, so they refunded me the money and I went to Lowes and bought my warranty for less than the $160. Now, 2+ weeks after the replacement fridge was delivered, I get the email that I could buy the warranty from Frigadaire for the $105+. To late.

The fridge works well for its purpose as a garage unit. It is more energy efficient than the Whirlpool it replaced.and it is quiet. I may add another shelf with a small pull out drawer to maximize the storage space. Good value for money!
