I am still waiting to have my dishwasher connected. I bought it on august 28 and waited for a week and a half for tech person to come hook it up. The tech person could not hook it up because I didnt have the kit that the sells person at conns failed to mention. I have the kit now but now I have to wait another week and a half for the tech person to come and connect it. So for now I can not say anything about the dishwasher but not happy having to wait so long to get it connected.

Purchased in June. Very unhappy with the dishwasher. Did not dry the dishes This dishwasher left debris on pre washed dishes placed in dishwasher to sanitize. Within 8 days of operation the stainless interior already has rust spots on the bottom of the unit. Beyond disappointed with this dishwasher. We had the LG Uninstalled and purchased a KitchenAid.

We bought this dishwasher a month ago and we are pleased with it. My husband bought this and the French door freezer drawer refrigerator with dual ice maker for my birthday. The only complaint is there is a bad order coming from inside of the dishwasher when the door is opened. I was hoping that by now this would disappear but has not done so yet. I need to get in touch with customer service for their feedback. Otherwise we love our new dishwasher. It is so silent that at the beginning we needed to place our ear by the door to make sure it was running. Love it love it love it.

Would not buy again

Weve had this dishwasher for about 6 months now and would not buy it again. The controls are confusing and hard to see for older eyes. We thought wed like the controls on top but if you want to check the status it turns it off and you have to start the cycle again. The prongs for the dishes make it difficult to load many dishes into it as they are at weird angles. This dishwasher holds about 2/3 of the dishes our old basic/cheap one did that was put in by the remodeler we bought the house from and many of our pans dont fit at all. It usually cleans the dishes well but not always. We thought wed use the steam cycle to really clean the dishes but it doesnt do any better than the basic wash cycle that takes much less time and energy. LG has a problem with their cycle complete signals--theyre too quiet. The detergent door doesnt always close on the first try. It is nice that it uses less detergent because there isnt a prewash cycle so that saves us money in the long run. Maybe thats why the dishes are always clean? There are only 2 of us so it usually takes a couple of days to fill it with dirty dishes maybe thats why they dont always get clean--but it shouldnt matter at this price range. We have an LG washer/dryer set and the signals on them are too quiet as well. The dryer doesnt signal its done until you open the door How stupid is that? I had to buy a baby monitor so I could hear the signal one floor up and I have them set to the highest sound level

Bad install - can not use

Love how there is no water on dishes to dry in morning. Love has a handle cause we had pocket dishwasher before that one broke after a year and they didnt have parts for it to repair so we glued and taped it up the old one that is. I love how it has3 rd rack for utensils so you dont melt them. It cleans really well.

I never had a dishwasher that was this quiet. Love it. Does a great job dishes come out clean and smells good. When the cycle is done it even plays a pretty few notes of music to let you know thats not loud at all. The other nice thing I liked about this dishwasher was overnight dryer. So it kind of keeps your dishes fresh till morning.

As good as it gets

We do a lot of baking and air frying and this leave some tough cleaning challenges. Our past two machines which were top rate machines could not remove the baked on food. We ended up hand washing before using the washer. The LG was tried out with out pre soaking or washing. It proved to be up to the job. All came out clean. We have been very pleased especially that it turns out that we can wash nearly double the load. The third rack really help with this. It took us nearly 8 months of research to make the choice. We are happy with the decision. Did the installation myself which was well laid out and easy.

Our new LG dishwasher looks great in our home We like the features the dishwasher has and it is easy to use. The top rack to put spatulas or other flat type items in is very useful. We like the handle on the front to put a hand towel on. The power button is a bit touchy but that is a minor issue. Although much quieter than our previous dishwasher it does make a little bit of noise but overall the noise level is low. We are enjoying our new dishwasher and we are pleased we purchased it.

I had two other brand of dishwashers and both had tore up and impossible to find help to try to troubleshoot or to get customer service to help with a repair. So we went with an LG this time. I have fallen in love with my dishwasher. It works so good. Especially for the price. It wasnt that expensive compared to the brand name. I cant rave about it enough. I accidentally put to much dishwasher cleaner in it and made and error code pop up and I got help with that easily and then if the troubleshooting didnt work they would send out a repair person. I was so grateful. It righted itself after the steps I was told to take. It has 3 wracks and multiple settings which is an upgrade from my old one. Im very happy with it. Its fast quite and gets everything clean the first run.

Loading this dishwasher is not as easy as my last one. The racks are not spaced well for larger items like pots. My biggest frustration is trying to get help with what I think is a warranty problem. It is complicated because its almost all automated which makes me wonder if there are too many to be handled by human beings.

Weve been using our new dishwasher for about 1 1/2 months now it works great We really load it up everything comes out clean. A couple times when we overloaded it ie dishes on top of each other those dishes didnt get fully cleaned but thats expected. We havent had to rerun loads at all. We like that we dont have to rinse off dishes before putting them in. We just have to get the big pieces of food off first. We really like the 3 racks And the adjustable middle rack. Also like the ability to fold down some of the rack holders for bigger items. Lots can be loaded into the dishwasher. Its also very quiet. I like the delay setting too. And it notifies me on my smartphone when the load is complete Lol

I purchased a dishwasher back in November. I noticed that the bottom rack had a slice in it and was getting rusty. I called LG and they immediately sent me a new rack free of charge. I am so used to having to fight companies so this was a pleasant surprise. I am so happy I selected an LG product which works great but the way.

Broke in 4 Months

Paid for and had it installed and in less than 4 months the pump has gone out and its very hard to find anyone to work on them because they said LG is very hard to work with. Part has been in order for over 3 weeks. Worst purchase ever
