i am besides myself. i had no idea i would not be able to find dust bags or i would have purchased a different product. i love the vacuum and dust station, but now that there are no bags available (yet they continue to sell this station) i will not recommend it to anyone. to say i am disappointed is an understatement. my friend also purchased this product, not knowing aboit this issue either. i would not have discarded the 2 bags it cane with. when is the timeline for product availability, samsung?!?! why shiuld we sign up for an email notification that is bogus? samsung is just trying to appease their consumers. shame

what can i say its a dust bag its does its job.. getting the clean station was a deal breaker because you could not find the bags.. glad to see they are fully stocked up again.

love the vacuum but would never have bought it if i knew that the replacement bags would never be available. put myself on the wait list to be notified and within 5 minutes of notification that they were available the link would not work and the website now says out of stock again.
i have one bag that i did not throw out when done and i have to use my fingers to pull dirt, pet hair and dust out of it enough to run the vacuum again. not sure how long it will last before breaking down. very disappointed for such an expensive product to become unusable in such a short time.

can not get the bags after spending 900 dollars on their vac. are you serious samsung? are you this dense? that's ok, i've already discovered another brand makes a better tv, i'll switch over to their vacuums too seeing as they support their customers and their products. unacceptable.

I have this product and cannot purchase anymore because I was personally told by the parts dept. that it is discontinued. It's disconcerting that I'm unable to find and or purchase this product because it's essential for the Clean Station it's specifically made for. Why would Samsung make a product then discontinue an item that is needed for it to function properly? Such a disappointment.

sell vacumn and clean station and no bags for months. i plan to return everything and get a dyson. so sad. everything else looks good. poorly planned package.
maybe if they have a warehouse of returns they will make the clean station bags.

these bags are available just google for vca-adb90 and click "shopping" -- i found them made in singapore shipping to the usa.
p.s. i find the jet 90 to be a great vacuum -- as powerful as a dyson, but quieter and lighter to handle with a convenient charging stand.

Except they don't make the CLEAN STATION™ DUST BAGS anymore. If you have a CleanStation, you can no longer purchase new CLEAN STATION™ DUST BAGS to use it, making it obsolete. Samsung will not respond to anyone about plans to make these again and its been over 5-6 months. These BAGS...as in THIS product...may never come back.

i really like the vac with the clean station. but, i can't find bags. the clean station is useless without them. i can't even find generic brands to fit. the vac has suddenly decided not to clean, but leave the station and return over and over. please, tell me how to get bags, filters, and maybe reset the vac to clean and only "return to station to empty bin" once there's actually something in the bin?

i was so excited when i seen this product, i an a huge fan of a different brand stick vac but loved the idea of the clean station. i really should have listened to the reviews and shopped elsewhere. the bags apparently are unavailable making the clean station a huge waste of money. i wish they wouldnt sell a product knowing it is obsolete as soon as the first bag is full, plus it didnt work that well to clean out the canister. shame on samsung for sich poor customer service!

bought this station and now is useless because samsung discontinued the bags that goes with it. an expensive useless pretty machine.
the sad part is that samsung shameless keeps selling/distributing the clean station knowing that they will not support the product.
somebody else should made compatible bags, at this point it seems it will have good response.

so we bought a clean station a month ago to go with our jet 90 but after burning through the two bags that came with it we now have a useless plant stand.
quite simply samsung is selling clean stations and has supposedly discontinued making the bags which means your purchase is useless. one or two websites claim the bags will be in stock in mid september but if you call them they can't confirm that date and are not take back orders. this whole process has been both upsetting and very disappointing.
im pretty sure this will be the last samsung product i buy.

i recently purchased, what i thought was a better vacuum since it offered a system to clean the vacuum dust bin. since i own 2 dyson stick vacuums, i wanted a better cleaning and emptying method. if samsung has dropped support for this product and without the dust bags availability, this will be my last samsung product. at minimum, samsung products will be the last company i look at when i need to buy something, whether i'm look to buy a tv, refrigerator, etc... i see the reply from samsung, there is no commitment on this product.

These bags do a great job of keeping the dust contained to the dust station. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. My only regret is that I cannot buy more to continue using them in my clean station making it sit obsolete until I have replacements to order.

wait a few months and get something better. they presented the new jet vacuum and clean sations at ces 2021, so those models will be released sometime this year. the new setup is pretty sleek, and hopefully will include sufficient inventory of clean station bags.
bags for the current clean station offering? nowhere to be seen and no plans to address. don't buy this model, just wait for the new design. my plan is to warranty this nightmare when they release the new version.

hasnt been available for 5+ months. there is zero supply and samsung obviously is telling everyone they could care less. spend $200 on a product, but then cant get the accessory to use that product. this is outragous and unfortunatly typical today.
