Return Policy
Bayshore Appliance has a 10 Day Return Policy. Some restrictions apply. See below for details.
Returns must be made within 10 days of date of purchase. Any return is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received. If item is opened and/or used, it is not eligible for return.
Rebates: If the customer has already submitted for a mail-in rebate, the appliance is no longer eligible for return. If item is damaged and a rebate was already submitted, customer is not eligible for second rebate.
No cash refunds. Any refund will be refunded in same form payment was originally made. Cash payments will be funded in the form of a check.
No returns on any ventilation products, trim kits, air conditioners or built-in appliances. No returns or exchanges on in-home delivered and installed products unless appliance is damaged upon arrival. If delivered appliance is damaged upon arrival, Bayshore Appliance will replace item within 48 hours if available (except for Friday delivery). If not available, we will refund your full purchase price. If item is dropped off (no installation) at your home and is unopen condition, Bayshore Appliance will pick the appliance up for $40 fee.
Any item that has been installed, either by Bayshore Appliance or privately by an authorized installer, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect at time of installation within 10 days of purchase. All new major appliances come with a full manufacturer warranty. Any problems within your warranty period, please contact the manufacturer for repairs.
Order Cancellation: If an item is ordered, you have 48 hours before your scheduled delivery to cancel the order for a full refund. If your item is special ordered, there is a 25% restocking fee if you cancel before the 48 hour delivery window. If you cancel your order in less than 48 hours of delivery, there is a 35% restocking fee.
